As part of the project to swap a 3800 into our Fiero, I made up a set of engine mounts. This bracket mounts on the engine and receives the end of a dog-bone strut that reaches over to the engine compartment wall. The mounts at the bottom of the engine and transmission keep them from falling on the ground. The dog-bone reacts against the torque of acceleration and deceleration.
